CHESHIRE, CT : 1 dead, others injured in late-night Cheshire crash in the area of 1591 Highland Ave on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2020

One person is dead and others injured after a late-night collision in town Tuesday, according to police.
Around 11:10 p.m., police said they were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash in the area of 1591 Highland Ave. — Route 10.
The collision involved a sedan and a pickup truck, police said Wednesday.
One person, whose name was not released pending notification of next of kin, was pronounced dead at the scene, while others involved in the crash were taken to local hospitals for their injuries, police said.
Police did not specify how many people were injured.
