Oil City, PA : A single-vehicle crash on Millcreek Drive in Millcreek Township on Sunday, August 20, 2017

A Strattanville man fled after a single-vehicle crash on Millcreek Drive in Millcreek Township, Clarion County, on Sunday morning.

Clarion state police said the crash happened at 9:25 a.m. when the 2007 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Coty J. Ashbaugh, 27, of Strattanville, left the road and struck an embankment.
