Belleville,IL : Marion County man hospitalized after rolling car twice during accident on February, Monday 19th 2018

A 40-year-old Marion County man was injured in a crash after his car rolled over twice early Monday morning.

Lenter Gordon, of Salem, was driving on Green Street Road around 2:40 a.m. when he drove off the road and hit a ditch, according to the Marion County Sheriff's department.

Gordon at first told authorities he was not injured, but upon arriving, officials planned to call a helicopter to take him to a St. Louis hospital. Due to the weather, the helicopter was canceled and Gordon was taken to Salem Township hospital.
