Sutter County ,CA: Three Brothers killed and man arrested on suspicion of DUI after Two vehicle head on Crash on Saturday ,April 25 2015

Three brothers died Saturday after a suspected drunken driver caused a fiery, two-vehicle, head-on crash in south Sutter County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
"I came onto the scene, and the car was on fire," said George Smith, who was on his way home to Bailey Road, one block from the accident scene.
"Someone threw me a fire extinguisher, but I couldn't get close enough because it was too hot," said Smith.
The accident occurred at 3:45 p.m. on Highway 113 near Schlagle Road, which was shut down as emergency personnel investigated and coroners removed two of the victims from the mangled, overturned and burned car. Passers-by, according to the CHP, removed a third crash victim from the car.
"The truck was traveling northbound and veered off the road before overcorrecting into the southbound lane, when it hit the car," said Sgt. Chris Wurster, with the California Highway Patrol.
Michael A. Jones, 38, of Oroville, the driver of the 2007 Ford pickup, was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter. The identity of the victims in the 1997 Honda Accord will be released pending notification of next of kin.
