Charleston,WV : Fatal Huntington crash closes all lanes of I-64 near exit on may, Friday 26th 2017

All eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 64 are closed near Exit 8 as authorities investigate an accident that left one person dead.
Eastbound traffic is being diverted to Exit 6, and westbound traffic is leaving the interstate at Exit 8. All traffic can re-enter on the entrance ramp at Mile Marker 8.
The crash unfolded just before 6 a.m., when a car traveling west crossed a barrier and hit a car traveling east, said Carrie Jones, a Division of Highways spokeswoman.
Jones said her agency was last updated on the crash at 8 a.m., and it was unclear what time the interstate would re-open.
