HENDERSON, NE : Serious injuries in I80 crash on Friday, 16th March 2018

At least one person has been seriously injured in a crash on I 80 near Henderson which occurred shortly after 3 PM on Friday.

One person was reported to be trapped in a vehicle, unconscious but breathing.

Emergency patient transport by helicopter was requested but then decline due to weather.

Bradshaw Fire Chief Todd Hellerich said three patients were tended to. Two had minor injuries and one had "critical, life threatening injuries." He credited the Henderson and Bradshaw fire departments for their extrication response.
