Pembroke Pines, FL : Boy, 14, died in bike-riding accident, not hit-run crash on Monday, 17th December 2018

A 14-year-old boy found gravely injured while riding a bicycle in western Pembroke Pines on Monday night was initially thought to have been a victim of a hit-and-run driver, police said.

On Tuesday, the police investigation and medical evidence found the child, Bora Duz, died during a bike-riding accident and that a driver was not involved.

How the child died remains under review, so Pembroke Pines police haven’t given out more information about the case.
