Hattiesburg, MS : One killed in car accident on I-59 in Forrest County on Friday night, July 29, 2016

One person has died after an accident on I-59, according to The Forrest County Coroner.

The accident happened near mile marker 63 in the northbound lane at the Forrest, Lamar County line late Friday night.

The accident is under investigation.

The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
