Norwalk,CT : Police ID victims in double-fatal collision on January, Monday 8th 2018

Police are investigating a double-fatal car crash on Connecticut Avenue, where two vehicles collided head-on Monday night, killing two people and leaving another seriously injured.

Killed in the crash were Frank Peterson III, 50, and Anthony Johnson, 40, both of Stamford.

Deputy Fire Chief Stephen Shay said the Norwalk Fire Department responded to a crash near 789 Connecticut Ave. at 10:11 p.m.

Emergency responders found the two cars — a Subaru sedan and a BMW — in the middle of the roadway with extensive damage.

“Two male occupants were found to be deceased in a vehicle and one male occupant was found with serious injuries in the other vehicle,” Blake said.
