Tallahassee, FL : Five students injured in Wakulla bus crash on Thursday morning, February 16, 2017

Five Wakulla County students, as well as the bus driver, received minor injuries in a crash involving a school bus Thursday morning.

The crash near the intersection of Woodville Highway and State Road 267, was minor, said Wakulla County Sheriff's Office Spokesman Lt. Chris Savary. Savary said the driver, who is being treated on scene, swerved and hit a tree.

The roadway was blocked but the Florida Highway Patrol is reporting it clear as of 8 a.m.

All parents have been notified of the crash.
