Phelps , NY : 29 - Years old man was killed after he lost control on road on Saturday night , January ,10th 2015

The Ontario County Sheriff's Office tells local media that 29-year-old Brandon Jeffrey of Clifton Springs was driving his car around 9:30 p.m. Saturday when he lost control on a road in the rural town of Phelps, 30 miles southeast of Rochester.

The car left the road and hit a tree. Jeffrey and his passenger, 26-year-old Christopher Kauder of Rochester, died at the scene.
