Meador,WV : 1 dead, 3 injured in fiery tractor-trailer crash on I-77 on September, Tuesday 12th 2017

West Virginia State Police Troopers tell 59 News the driver killed in Tuesday's fatal accident along I-77 north near Camp Creek is identified as Cody Kincaid, 27, of Beckley.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation by State Police.

Initial reports suggest the Jeep Wrangler was traveling southbound, crossed the median into northbound traffic and hit the tractor trailer head-on. The Jeep was then knocked into another lane and hit by a truck carrying air conditioners
