Ritzville, WA: Fatal crash near Ritzville on Wednesday, July 22nd 2015

The Washington State Patrol says one person is dead after a crash Wednesday around 8:45pm. Troopers say the crash was in Adams County on Interstate 90, about 16 miles east of Ritzville.The victim has not been identified by name but we do no he was a 67-year-old male from Cape Cora, Florida; he died at the scene. The victim was driving a 2014 Nissan sedan at a slow rate of speed on I-90 when he was struck from behind by a man driving a semi truck. 35-year-old William Oblak of Las Vegas, Nevada was driving the semi. He was not injured and has not been charged with anything.The crash did block the road, but the Washington State Patrol says the highway has reopened as of 11 p.m. Wednesday night.
