Orange Park, FL : 56-year-old man died in Motorcycle crash on Blanding Boulevard on Thursday morning, Sep 3, 2015

A 56-year-old motorcyclist was killed Thursday morning when a van turned in front of his path on Blanding Boulevard, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Barry W. Morrison of Orange Park was taken to Orange Park Medical Center, where he died.

The driver of the van, 69-year-old Claude J. Graham, suffered minor injuries.

According to the FHP report, Morrison was riding northbound on Blanding Boulevard in the left lane and Graham was traveling southbound on Blanding Boulevard in the left turn lane to turn into the Walmart parking lot.

According to witnesses, Graham tried to turn left into the Walmart parking lot and turned into the path of Morrison's motorcycle, which hit the right side of the van.

The report said the van kept going and hit another van and a car. The drivers of those vehicles were not injured.
