South Williamsport and DuBoistown volunteer firefighters work to free Stephen Klopp, 47, of South Williamsport, from his car after it went down a 20-foot embankment and overturned in the 2100 block of Sulphur Springs Road in Armstrong Township about 4 p.m. Monday, state police said. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries after being extricated from the wreckage.
