Towson, MD : Two people killed and two others injured in a car crash on Thursday August 6th 2015

Authorities say two people were killed and two others injured in a car wreck in Dundalk.

Police say they received a report of a crash involving a minivan on North Point Boulevard at roughly 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Police say the van, which was speeding, struck a Honda stopped at a red light. Police say the two passengers in the backseat of the Honda were killed.

Police identified the victims as 20-year-old Gabrielle Pitts of Dundalk and 22-year-old Brittany Nicole Walker of Chase.

The driver and front passenger in Honda were both in critical condition at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center on Friday suffering from life-threatening injuries.

The van's driver and front passenger were treated for minor injuries.

This story has been corrected to show Brittany Nicole Walker was 22, not 21.
