Two teenagers are dead and another injured after a crash at an intersection on U.S. Highway 5 in northeastern North Dakota. The Highway Patrol says the teens were in a car that collided with a semitrailer about a mile west of Langdon on Wednesday afternoon. A 14-year-old girl from Wales and a 15-year-old boy from Langdon who were passengers in the car were thrown from the vehicle, and later died at a Grand Forks hospital. The 16-year-old Langdon boy driving the car was taken to a Langdon hospital with unspecified injuries. The patrol says charges are pending against the boy, who failed to stop at the intersection.
