Owego, NY : 4 injured 2 critically in head-on crash in Southern Tier on Tuesday, 27th October, 2020

Two people are hospitalized in critical condition and two others were injured in a head-on crash Tuesday evening in Tioga County.

State police said a 54-year-old Endicott man was driving east on State Route 434 in Owego around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

He went to make a left turn toward the State Route 17 onramp, but failed to yield the right of way and drove into the path of another vehicle that was headed west on Route 434, state police said.
