LAS VEGAS, NV : 2 killed in crash at Charleston, Hollywood on Friday, 5th July 2024

Las Vegas police have closed Charleston and Hollywood boulevards following a deadly hit and run crash involving two vehicles.

Around 2:40 Friday morning, police said a GMC Sierra pickup truck was speeding southbound on Hollywood approaching Charleston against a red light.

At the same time, a Honda was driving on a green light westbound on Charleston approaching Hollywood.

Police said a crash happened when the pickup ignored the red light and struck the passenger side of the Honda.
