Memphis, TN : Child injured in car crash involving SCSO chief in Shelby County on Tuesday, August 2, 2016

A Shelby County Sheriff's Office chief was involved in a crash that injured a child.

The cars collided near the intersection of Orleans Street and Washington Avenue.

The chief was not injured. A child in the other car was taken to the hospital, but is expected to be OK.
