Jensen Beach man, 50, dies in Thursday morning motorcycle crash in Florida

A 50-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash after leaving his home in the Pinecrest Lakes neighborhood Thursday morning, according to Martin County sheriff’s spokeswoman Christine Christofek.John Pusateri of Jensen Beach was riding east on Northeast Pinecrest Lakes Boulevard when he lost control of his motorcycle, drove into the center median and hit a tree, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report. He was pronounced dead at the scene.Pusateri wasn’t wearing a helmet, according to the report.The 9:45 a.m. accident in the 2300 block of Northeast Pinecrest Lakes Boulevard shut down the street between Ivy Lane and Heather Court for about two hours.
