ELKHART, IN : Fatal motorcycle crash in Elkhart leaves one dead on Sunday, 29th September 2024

A man is dead after a crash in Elkhart Sunday evening.It happened just after 7:10 p.m. on Cassopolis Street, near Kauffman's Laundry.

Officials say a motorcyclist in his early 20s was headed north on Cassopolis Street when he hit a truck that was turning left in front of him.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

His name has not been released at this time.
