SEBASTIAN, FL : 1 person killed, another injured in Brevard County crash that shut down I-95 on Friday, 14th June 2024

One person was killed following a crash in Brevard County along I-95 Friday evening, Florida Highway Patrol said.

Around 1:45 p.m. A Chevy Malibu was stopped along the inside southbound lane of I-95 near mile marker 161 in Sebastian. The driver of a Toyota Corolla was traveling in the same lane struck the back of the Malibu while trying to avoid the car.
