Zellwood, FL : Firefighters rescue woman after crash on Orange Blossom Trail in Zellwood on Thursday, 20th December 2018

Firefighters extricated a woman from her vehicle after she crashed Thursday evening on Orange Blossom Trail in Zellwood, Orange County Fire Rescue said.

The single-vehicle crash happened about 5:30 p.m. on OBT near Jones Avenue.

Photos posted on Twitter by Orange County Fire Rescue showed firefighters removed the roof of the woman’s car to get her out.

She was taken to Florida Hospital Apopka with non-life threatening injuries.

Circumstances of how the crash occurred were not available. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
