Portland , OR : 60- Years old woman killed in crash after crashing her motorcycle into a parked car on Sunday , February 22nd 2015

A woman died Sunday after crashing her motorcycle into a parked car, and police say she was still learning how to ride. Portland Police officers were called out to the Multnomah Arts Center just after 1:30 p.m. Sunday after getting reports of a motorcycle crash. Emergency crews pronounced the rider, Tara Freemole , 60, of Tigard, dead at the scene. Officers say she was in the parking lot learning how to ride a motorcycle when she crashed. The instructor knew the deceased, and the lessons were not part of any organized motorcycle training course. The Traffic Division's Major Crash Team is conducting a crash investigation.
