Orangeburg County , SC : One driver was killed after fatal collision between a car and an international truck on Monday , January 12th 2015

A fatal collision between a car and an international truck is being investigated in Orangeburg County.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, a 2011 Ford Fiesta was traveling north on Kennerly Road when the driver collided with the truck at around 4:40 p.m. Officials say the truck was backing eastbound into a private driveway.

Authorities say both drivers were wearing their seat belts.

SCHP and the Highway Patrol's investigatory team are still investigating the collision.
