HUNTINGTON, WV : Pursuit-related crash sends 5 to hospital on Monday, 23rd October 2023

A two-vehicle crash following a law enforcement pursuit sent five people to the hospital Monday evening in Huntington, according to the Huntington Police Department.
The crash was reported just before 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of 8th Avenue and 20th Street, which closed the intersection during the cleanup and investigation.
Some victims inside an SUV were extricated. Four people from that vehicle were taken to the hospital, as well as the chase suspect. The extent of their injuries was unknown.
