St. Charles County, MO: Man charged with involuntary manslaughter after fatal crash on Saturday, July 18th 2015

One man is dead and another is facing involuntary manslaughter and driving while intoxicated charges after a single-car crash Saturday night.Zachary T Mills, 21, was driving a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix southbound on Interstate 70 just east of Route A Saturday night. Kyle Hutchens, 21, was in the passenger seat. Just before 8:45 p.m., Mills' car left the road at a high speed, flipping the car and ejecting both Mills and Hutchens.Mills suffered just minor injuries, but Hutchens had serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. At 5:24 a.m. Sunday, Hutchens was pronounced dead at St. Joseph East Health Center.Mills is facing involuntary manslaughter and driving while intoxicated charges.The accident had I-70 down to one lane for part of the night as crews cleaned the scene.
