PHOENIX, AZ : 2 dead, 1 hurt after multi-vehicle crash in north Phoenix on Saturday, 21st September 2024

Two people are dead, and one other is in the hospital after a crash in north Phoenix on Saturday morning.

Around 9:25 a.m., first responders were called to a multi-vehicle collision near 15th Avenue and Bell Road, where they found three people suffering from injuries.

The driver of one of the vehicles, identified as 85-year-old Fouad Shawo, and the passenger of the same vehicle, identified as 85-year-old Virgina Nathan, died from their injuries after being hospitalized. The driver of the other car was hospitalized but is expected to survive.
