Harrisburg,PA : Man charged with drunken driving in 3-car crash in Cape May County on April, friday 21th 2017

A Pennsylvania man who veered into an oncoming lane and hit two cars Friday has been charged with drunken driving, police said.

Joseph Bonner, 26, of Doylestown Pa., faces DUI and reckless driving charges.

Bonner crossed into oncoming traffic in the area of Seashore Road and Strawberry Lane and hit the passenger side of another vehicle, which tried to swerve out of his way, police said

Bonner then slammed head-on into another vehicle, police said. Police said that driver underwent surgery and remains hospitalized. Bonner was treated for a head injury.

Police said they are still investigating and may file additional charges against Bonner.
