FRANKLIN TWP, NJ : 17-year-old charged in fatal Hunterdon County crash on Tuesday, 19th November 2024

A 17-year-old from Clinton Township in New Jersey has been charged on Tuesday in connection to a fatal crash that happened in August.

Franklin Township Police responded to a three-vehicle crash on Thursday, August 22 around 7:30 a.m.

Officials say that the crash happened at the intersection of Hogback Road, Route 617, and Lower Lansdown Road.

The investigation concluded that the juvenile driver had been exceeding the speed limit on the roadway and did not stop at the designated stop sign, according to the press release.
