LAUDERHILL, FL : Broward woman sped nearly 40 mph over limit in Mustang just before fatal crash on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024

Police arrested a woman on a vehicular homicide charge Tuesday after they said she was driving a Ford Mustang at nearly double the posted speed limit just before T-boning an SUV in Lauderhill in May, killing its passenger.

Authorities also hit Janeyshia Monique Hilton, 22, of North Lauderdale, with two child neglect charges after they said she had her two children unrestrained in the front seat at the time. She also faces multiple counts of reckless driving.
