WINDSOR, CT : Driver arrested for reckless driving on I-91 in Windsor on Tuesday, 5th November 2024
This morning at 9:40 a.m. troopers arrested Myles Edwards, 24, of Windsor following an aggressive driving incident.
One trooper attempted to stop a car moving at 90 and 92 miles-per-hour near exit 38 on the I-91 southbound. The car failed to stop when the trooper activated their emergency lights.
After calling for backup the second trooper was able to stop the car. After this stop the driver, Edwards left his car in an agitated state according to a press release from Windsor Police Department. This led the trooper to detain Edwards in handcuffs however he resisted and the trooper called for a backup unit.
Edwards was tased by troopers and then placed in handcuffs after resisting verbal directions.
