Port Charlotte, FL : Port Charlotte man injured in motorcycle crash on Friday, 4th November 2016

A Port Charlotte motorcyclist remained in critical condition Saturday after striking the rear of a truck Friday on U.S. 41 in Venice, according to authorities.

Michael Peter, 65, who was not wearing a helmet, was transported by a Bayflite helicopter to Sarasota Memorial Hospital, the Florida Highway Patrol reported.
