Kennewick,WA : 17-year-old dies after girlfriend crashes on I-182 in Pasco on March, Wednesday 21st 2018

A 17-year-old from Pasco died Wednesday night in a crash on Interstate 182 near the 20th Avenue exit in Pasco.

Israel Acosta died at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, according to Roy McLean, Benton County chief deputy coroner.

His girlfriend was driving according to friends posting on social media.

Ruby Gomez, 18, of Kennewick, was headed east in a Cadillac Escalade at 7 p.m. Wednesday when she lost control, according to the Washington State Patrol.
