Hudson, N.H : Woman, 17-year-old daughter injured in head-on collision on Wason Road Thursday, Sep 24, 2015

Hudson police said a woman and her 17-year-old daughter were taken to the hospital after a head-on collision on Wason Road Thursday.

Members of the Hudson Police Department and Hudson Fire Department responded to the area of 56 Wason Road for a two-vehicle collision just after 4 p.m.

Police said initial stages of the investigation revealed that Martin Flannery, 47, of Hudson, had been driving a 2013 Ford F-150 eastbound on Wason Road.

Louise Dillon, 48, of Hudson, was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado westbound on Wason Road. Dillon's 17-year-old daughter was also in the car, according to police.

As Flannery and Dillon approached each other, Flannery's truck traveled into the westbound lane and struck Dillon's truck head-on.

Both airbags deployed in Dillon's car. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

All occupants were treated on the scene by Hudson Fire Department. Police said Dillon and her daughter were transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.

The occupants of both vehicles were all wearing their seat belts, police said.

Flannery was cited for traveling left of the double yellow highway markings.

Police said the cause of the crash is still under investigation
