WOODBRIDGE, VA : Seymour man killed in crash on Tuesday, 18th February, 2020

Town police have identified the individual killed in a Tuesday morning crash as a 24-year-old Seymour resident.
Howard Brown, 24, struck a tree while driving on Northrop Road near its intersection wth Pine Hill Road just after 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to Sgt. A.J. Cappiello. He was the only person in the car.

Brown was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital for treatment, according to Cappiello, but died.Woodbridge police, along with officers from Ansonia and Derby, are now working to investigate the crash, Cappiello said
