The Northampton County coroner has identified the 25-year-old Philadelphia man who is dead after a crash in Williams Township.
The man was identified as Rashon Christian-James Cooke, according to Northampton County coroner Zachary Lysek.
The cause and manner of death are pending further investigation, Lysek said.
