Troy, OH : Kristin Stoeckmann, 45, died in a motorcycle and car collision on West Main Street on Monday, February 29, 2016

The Troy Police Department has confirmed a female passenger has died following a motorcycle and car collision Monday on West Main Street.

Kristin Stoeckmann, 45, of Troy, died Tuesday morning at Miami Valley Hospital, according to our partners at The Piqua Daily Call. She was a passenger on the motorcycle.

According to Captain Joe Long, the investigation is still pending and no citations have been made in this incident.

The driver of the car, Kathleen Barth, 61, of Troy, was treated at Upper Valley Medical Center and released, according to The Piqua Daily Call.

The driver of the motorcycle, Brian Heppeard, 48, of Troy, was not seriously injured.

Stoeckmann was ejected off the motorcycle during the crash, according to the Piqua Daily Call. According to first responders, a passer-by administered CPR prior to Troy medics arrival.
