AUBURN, WA : Eastbound SR 18 closed in Auburn after semi-truck rollover on Tuesday, 19th March 2024

Eastbound State Route 18 in Auburn reopened over 10 hours after a semi-truck rolled over on the Green River Bridge Tuesday morning.

The Washington State Department of Transportation said cleanup of the accident could "be a while." The road was closed as guards worked to repair the guardrail, clear the roadway of debris and clean the spilled diesel. According to the Department of Ecology, it is unclear how much diesel had spilled.
