Waukesha, WI : 23-year-old Woman identified in fatal crash Highway 164 and East Sunset on Friday February 5 2016

The victim in the fatal accident that killed a 23-year-old female on Thursday, Feb. 4, at Highway 164 and East Sunset Drive has been identified as Megan Bock.Megan Bock was a part of a loving family," her family said in a statement released on Friday. "We've suffered a tragic loss and appreciate our privacy during this time."
According to a news release from the Waukesha Police Department, police received numerous 911 calls at 5:54 p.m. Feb. 4 for a traffic crash at the intersection on the city's southeast side.
When the Waukesha police and fire departments arrived on scene, they located a 23-year-old female, who was hit by a vehicle.
Life-saving efforts were initiated and the woman was transported to Waukesha Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
A Waukesha Police Accident Reconstruction specialist was called to investigate the crash scene.
The accident remains under investigation, but as of Friday afternoon Capt. Dan Baumann said no one has been taken into custody and no citations have been issued.
The operator of the striking vehicle stayed on the scene and was cooperative with law enforcement, Baumann added.
Baumann said police would not conduct any interviews on Friday.
