EXETER TWP, PA : 422 crash claims life of Schuylkill County woman on Wednesday, 12th June 2024

Emergency officials closed a stretch of Route 422 in Exeter Twp. Wednesday afternoon due to a motor vehicle accident that claimed the life of a Schuylkill County woman.

It happened just after 2 p.m. on 422 near Daniel Boone Road.

Authorities closed the westbound lanes between Daniel Boone Road and Route 345.

Exeter Police say the accident is under investigation, but it appears as though a tractor trailer rear-ended a sedan that was occupied by two people.
