Las Vegas, NV : 50-year-old hit and killed by car at Nellis and Craig Road on Friday, October 31, 2014

Metro Police said a 50-year-old woman was hit and killed by a car at N. Nellis Boulevard and E. Craig Road Friday. Police said the woman, who's name wasn't released, was not in a cross walk when she was hit shortly before 7 p.m. Officers said the victim was hit with so much force, she flipped over the median before landing in the cross walk. Police said the victim was transported to University Medical Center Trauma with life-threatening injuries, and that's where she died.
