Hilliard, FL : Two people died in a car crash in Nassau County on Sunday, Nov 29, 2015

Two people died in a Sunday morning car accident in Hilliard.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver, Darek Adams, 50, left the roadway on Kings Ferry Road near the Little Saint Marys Bridge and swerved onto the shoulder. Police said the driver steered back and lost control.

The 1994 Pontiac hit the guardrail of the bridge and overturned.

Adams and a passenger, Alonza Scipio, 44, died in the crash.
