Delaware State Police say a man is dead and four other people are injured after a crash in Hockessin.
Police say the crash occurred Monday night when a Honda CRV turning left from Old Wilmington Road onto Lancaster Pike pulled into the path of a Saab 95.
The driver of the Honda, a 69-year-old Hockessin man, was taken to Christiana Hospital Trauma Center, where police say he was pronounced dead. His passenger, a 73-year-old woman, was taken to the Christiana Hospital and police say she was admitted with serious injuries.
Police say the 19-year-old driver of the Saab, and his two passengers, a 17-year-old girl and a 19-year-old man, were all taken to the Christiana Hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
