Louisville, KY : Stephanie N. Campbell ,21, died in a crash in Grayson County on Sunday, September 25, 2016

A 21-year-old woman from Louisville has been identified as the victim of a deadly crash Sunday in Grayson County.

The crash was reported around 3 p.m. at the 106-mile marker on the Western Kentucky Parkway.

Stephanie N. Campbell ,21, of Louisville, died at the scene.

Investigators said Campbell was westbound when she drove onto the grass median, returned to the westbound lanes, overcorrected, re-entered the median and crossed into the eastbound lanes.

The car rolled over before landing on the passenger side.

Investigators said Campbell was wearing a seat belt.
