GREENSBURG, PA : At least one person killed in crash on Rt. 819 in Greensburg on Wednesday, 20th September 2023

A man is dead after a crash on Route 819 in Greensburg on Wednesday morning.

According to the Westmoreland County Coroner's Office, Robert Glendening had crossed into the northbound lane while traveling south and struck a Dodge Ram pickup truck.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by the deputy coroner.

While Glendening was wearing a seatbelt, it is believed that speed and drugs were a factor in the crash.
