Manatee, FL : Driver found in fatal hit-run crash on University Parkway in Manatee on Sunday, 8th September 2019

One person was killed and three people, including a baby, were hurt in a hit-and-run crash involving four vehicles Sunday night on University Parkway, the Florida Highway Patrol reports.

According to the FHP, a Toyota Camry driven by Destinee Foxx, 17, of Sarasota; a Lexus IS350 driven by Michelle Kramer Baltaji, 38, of Manassas, Virginia; and a Chevrolet Malibu driven by Edelman Alpizar Bolanos, 63, of Sarasota were turning left onto Lockwood Ridge Road from University Parkway at about 8 p.m.
