Kennett, MO : Two seriously injured in US 412 crash on Wednesday afternoon, July 13, 2016

A man and woman were seriously injured Wednesday afternoon after being rear-ended on US 412 three miles outside of Kennett, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

John Rogers, 52, and Carol Pittman, 69, both of Kennett, were both flown from the scene. Troopers say Rogers was driving west with Pittman as a passenger just after 1 p.m. when their car were struck in the rear by a truck driven by Dillon Lemenager, 24, of Kennett.

Rogers was flown to Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis, while Pittman was flown to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
