Dane, WI : A 49-year-old Pewaukee man died in a crash in the Dane County town of Montrose On Friday, May 20th, 2016

A 49-year-old Pewaukee man died early Friday morning in a crash in the Dane County town of Montrose.

According to the Dane County Sheriff's Office, the victim was driving a 1997 Ford Expedition south on County Highway PB at 1:25 a.m. when he failed to make the turn at the T-intersection at State Highway 69. The Expedition crossed the road, hit a

ditch and became airborne. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

His identity was withheld pending notification of his family.
